Dolphin Educational Tour Terms & Conditions:

1. All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Booking Cut-off: Online 30 minutes and Onsite 15 minutes prior to each tour timing.
2. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
3. Ticketholders must check-in at the reception 15 minutes prior to the booked tour timing. In case of late arrival, the guest may be booked on the next available tour, subject to availability and approval. Failure to attend on the ticket date and time will be considered a “no-show” without refund.
4. Ticket is required for guest who are 2 years old and above. Children below 14 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
5. Handheld items such as bags, toys, tripods, food, and other loose objects are not permitted during the Behind the Scenes Tour. These and other personal items will be left or stored in designated areas or lockers (if available).
6. Guest can only bring or carry their mobile phones or recording devices, but can only be used at the allowed time, following the instruction of the guide.
7. Guests must follow all instructions provided by the guide and vicinity rules while inside Dubai Dolphinarium as mentioned on the general terms and conditions. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
8. Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to deny participation to any guest who may pose a risk to themselves, other guests, or the animals. Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
9. Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the tour in case of unforeseen circumstances, including animal welfare concerns or maintenance requirements.
