How to Avail:

- Select any date until April 30, 2025. No shows on Tuesdays. For future dates, please call us on +971 4 3369773 for availability.
- Select show timing.
- Click on the Regular section on the seat plan. Green sections are available and Red sections are booked.
- Tickets with label "Residents Offer" can be availed only by UAE Residents (any nationality) on Regular Tickets for Dolphin and Seal shows.
- Confirm how many adults and child and click on the BUY TICKETS button.
- Exactly 2 years old up to 11 years old needs CHILD Ticket. **Please note that all children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Click the PROCEED button.
- Enter your email address and click the CONTINUE button.
- Click the NGENIUS PATHWAY box to proceed with booking via our third-party payment gateway (NGenius).
- Check the box that you agree on Dubai Dolphinarium terms and conditions.
- Click the PAY button.
- You will be redirected to a portal, kindly enter your payment details & click on the Pay (amount mentioned) to proceed with the payment.
- Additional Information will be required, fill in the box with your First Name and Last Name and click SUBMIT
- Click the DOWNLOAD button to save your tickets to your desktop or mobile. You will also receive your tickets to the registered Email ID. If you did not receive the tickets, please contact +971 4 3369773 for assistance.
Terms & Conditions:
- This offer can be availed via online booking made through our website www.dubaidolphinarium.ae.
- Tickets with label "Residents Offer" can only be availed by UAE Residents (any nationality) on Regular Tickets for Dolphin and Seal shows.
- All guests with Residents Offer ticket must present a valid UAE EMIRATES ID on the date and time of the show to enter the Dubai Dolphinarium arena and watch the show. Failure to present the required ID is subject to additional fee as per counter rate.
- PLEASE NOTE: Children aged 2 years old up to 11 years old needs a CHILD TICKET. All Children (from 2 to 11 years old) MUST be accompanied by a paying adult, to watch the show. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discount codes.
- Any bookings purchased before this offer was announced is not be eligible for this promotion and will not be subjected to a refund.
- Customers must present or inform the cashier of any promotions they wanted to avail before the transaction, any promotion presented after the transaction will not be honored. Sales once done is final and no promotion will be entertained
- Dubai Dolphinarium show ticket does not include Entry Fee to Creek Park at AED5.0 per person. This charge must be paid by ticket holders directly to Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable.
