• Important Information
• Maximum 6 participants per session.
• Check in 30 minutes before the session time. Late arrivals may be considered no-shows.
• Wetsuits are provided; guests must bring their own swimwear.
• Cameras and mobile phones are not permitted in the pool.
• All guests must sign a liability waiver before participation.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
• Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel sessions for safety reasons without refund.

• Official Booking & Operational Policy
• All sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only upon full payment.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, transfers, or post-transaction promotional adjustments will be permitted.
• The promo code must be entered at checkout before payment confirmation. Failure to do so invalidates the promotional entitlement.
• Participants must meet the minimum age and package requirements. Failure to comply will result in denial of participation without refund.
• Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to deny participation or remove any guest who:
• Fails to follow safety instructions
• Fails to disclose medical conditions (including pregnancy)
• Arrives late or is deemed unfit to participate
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted no less than 48 hours before the session and remain subject to management approval and availability.
• No refunds shall be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Session durations will not be extended under any circumstances.
• Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reschedule sessions without prior notice due to operational, safety, or animal welfare considerations.
